Terms & Conditions

1. A £10.00 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a booking.
2. A food pre order is required no later than two weeks before your dinner is booked and if it is a large party spread on different tables we will need the food order table by table, this will make the running of the meal smoother.
3. Any parties bigger than 30 will need to eliminate one dish off each course.
4. For parties in the function room there is a room hire of £80.00 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evening and lunch. £180.00 for Friday.
5. The Christmas party menu is not available on Saturday evenings and is only available for parties over 6.
6. An optional 10% service charge will be added to the bill.
7. To confirm your booking please return the booking form & deposit.
8. Cancellation Charges: Any cancellations up to 10 days before the booking will only forfeit the £10.00 per person deposit. After 10 days the full Christmas party price will be charged.
